Can I make a change to an order?

Our goal is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Gifts are immediately prepared after orders are placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipping date.

Holiday Season - For orders placed during the holiday season for delivery before Christmas (November and December), we will try our best to make any requested changes to orders, but cannot guarantee it.   

Can I exchange or return product purchased online?

Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. Non-perishable items, however, may be exchanged at our head office. Gifts must be unopened and in original packaging. Exchanges or Returns are valid for 30 days from the order date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable. How long do I have to exchange or return unopened products?

Unopened gifts in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the order date.

Can I return food items?

Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. 

Can I return non-food items such as baby gifts or spa gifts?

Yes. Non-perishable/Non-food items can be exchanged in person by visiting our head office location or we will arrange pick-up delivery as required.

Are the products sent wrapped individually for food safety?

At Baskits, we take great pride in selecting only the freshest and finest products available. For visual display purposes only, food items may be photographed opened up so that you can get a true sense of the product. However, the actual product sent will be individually wrapped to ensure ultimate freshness and to comply with food safety standards.

Do you make product substitutions?

We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value as required to ensure the timely delivery of your gifts. As Canada’s leading gift delivery company, our intention is to always send gifts as shown. However, sometimes situations beyond our control arise where this is not possible. For example, a component supplier may discontinue a product or change packaging without notifying us. Please rest assured that our goal is to exceed your expectations and build a long term relationship with you. This brand value guides everything that we do at Baskits!

What if I am not completely satisfied with my order?

When you place an order with Baskits, you can trust us to deliver amazing quality and unique gift options with the highest level of service.
