We recognize that, with social distancing, lock-downs and people feeling increasingly isolated and disconnected, gifting can be a powerful way to maintain connections in both our personal and professional lives. Our online store remains open 24/7 with no order minimums and shipping all across Canada and the USA.

We remain fully staffed to meet our normal, fast turnaround times:

    • Orders placed before 10:30 am for recipients in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will be delivered within two business days (i.e. if you order before 10:30 am on Monday, your order will be delivered on Wednesday).

    • Orders placed before 12:30 pm for any address outside of the GTA will be shipped out same-day (with orders placed after that time shipped out the next business day). *Please note that although the foregoing describes when Baskits will ship deliveries from our facility (for addresses outside of the GTA), the actual date that deliveries will arrive at their destinations will be depend on the time in transit with our third party courier service.

We're also fully staffed to help via online chat or via phone at 1-800-561-9177. (Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm, EST)

The health and well-being of our clients, our employees, and the community are of utmost importance to us and so we have implemented a number of protocols related to COVID-19, specifically:

    • We have drastically increased the strength and frequency of cleaning and disinfection, focusing heavily on frequently-touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, and sinks, per WHO guidelines.

    • We are encouraging employees to wash hands frequently throughout the day. We are also encouraging employees to maintain adequate distance between one another at all times when working, during breaks, at meetings and at all other times.

    • Wherever possible, we have asked that each member of our team work from home.

    • We are closely monitoring information from Toronto Public Health, the Ontario Ministry of Health, the Public Health Agency of Canada, and the World Health Organization for updates and communicating these updates to our team so they can remain safe both inside and outside of the workplace.
