This Friday Feature is shining a spotlight on an important foundation, that we at Baskits felt it important to collaborate with. Because when it comes to gifting, the thought really does count!
HumourMe hosts their annual charity event, where CEOs take a shot at comedy and share some laughs with real-life comedians, and an audience! This years proceeds will support the essential work being done at Baycrest.
Baycrest is a global leader in geriatric residential living, healthcare, research, innovation and education, with a focus on brain health and aging. They have contributed exponentially over the years in making medical strives, and because of their amazing work, dedication and commitment, we at Baskits knew we had to be a part of this incredible cause.
That being said, it is with great pride that we share that our very own CEO, Robin Kovitz, performed a stellar first time comedy routine last night at this years event.
Along with Robin's performance, Baskits donated $15,000 in support of Baycrest. Humour Me was excited to announce that they raised a total of 2 million dollars this year!
We recognize that gifting is so essential, but gifts come in a million different shapes and sizes. Our health being one of them, which is why we knew that supporting Baycrest was the best gift we could give.
