Will there be any additional duties or customs fees?
No. Baskits takes care of all applicable duties and customs documentation when shipping gifts to the United States, so there are no additional duties or customs fees for you or the recipient. Please allow extra time for customs processing to help ensure your gift arrives when expected.

Can I make a change and cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change. While orders are prepared promptly to ensure timely delivery, we’ll always do our best to accommodate a change or cancellation request made within 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

For orders within the GTA, our local courier service offers fast delivery, including same-day delivery when you order by 10:00 AM ET, Monday–Friday.*

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary depending on your delivery location and shipping method.
- Greater Toronto Area (GTA) deliveries are made by our local courier for a flat rate of $15 per address.
- For deliveries outside the GTA, across Canada and the USA, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method, with options and rates displayed before you complete your order.
