Based in the Niagara Region, Dillon’s Distillers products are made from a base of 100% Niagara wine grapes. Many of the herbs they use are grown by them or by local farmers, with all of their grains sourced locally. Their close proximity to organic ingredients and materials allows them to use less fuel and consume less resources during production. By using grapes and other fruits that otherwise be left as waste, the spent rye grain is also given back to farmers who use it as animal feed. Made in small batches with organic ingredients, the craft movement inspires Dillon’s everyday, bringing us exceptional quality Gin.
