Founded by John and Anne Millerd and located on Quadra Island, BC, SeaChange SeaFoods produce a second-to-none Maple Glazed Smoked Salmon that we can’t get enough of and is absolutely perfect for our more savoury than sweet gift baskits.

At SeaChange SeaFoods, they use only wild salmon and the purest ingredients possible, creating a truly authentic experience. Their uncooked salmon is lightly salted and surrounded with hardwood smoke for several hours. After being cold smoked, the salmon is heated in a gold foil pouch and sealed. This type of production ensures SeaChange Smoked Salmon does not need to be refrigerated until it is opened – also making it travel safe to be enjoyed anywhere in the world.
